Health Care District Welcomes New Clinical Services Director
Camarillo, CA, January 4, 2017 – The Camarillo Health Care District (District) is pleased to announce the selection of Lynette Harvey, RN, BSN, as Clinical Services Director, providing clinical oversight for the District’s Transitional Care Services, Case Management Services, Adult Day Center, Wellness and Caregiver Center, and the Senior Nutrition Program.
Ms. Harvey brings extensive experience in acute, post-acute care settings, case management and managed care settings, to apply data driven, strategic planning for improved client outcomes through integrated, community-based health programs. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University, as well as national certifications in case management and parish nursing.
Ms. Harvey joins the District’s effort in developing and implementing systems and procedures for the delivery of person-centered case management and care coordination activities, developing health sector partnerships for the District’s Care Transitions Department, and ensuring continued excellent standards of care and adoption of best practices and ongoing quality improvement.
