This series is designed to offer options and practical support for family caregivers.  Knowledgeable and engaging experts speak on topics such as self-care, aging, elder law, and long-term care; a resource notebook with course materials is included. Please ask about respite service for your loved one while you attend the series.

Consulations with trained community resource specialists and social workers are available to assist you and your family in developing a practical, effective plan for your caregiving needs. The role of caregiver takes on many different forms and responsibilities.  These groups are designed for people who are acting in the caregiving role for a parent, spouse, friend, neighbor or others, who have a chronic health condition.
