Lend Me Your Ears: New Treatments for Common Ear, Nose & Throat Issues in the Aging Population

On July 23, 2024, Dr. Saranya Reghunathan, board certified ENT Specialist in Camarillo, discussed common issues with the aging ear, nose and throat and updated minimally invasive safe treatment options for those who have been suffering. Some of these conditions include chronic rhinitis (runny nose), tinnitus (ringing the ear), eustachian tube dysfunction (ear blockage and/or fullness and pressure), nasal congestion, chronic cough, trouble swallowing, and hoarseness.

The presentation was held at Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 E. Las Posas Road in Camarillo. More than 50 people attended.

Dr. Reghunathan is a board certified Ear, Nose & Throat surgeon who practices the entire range of adult and pediatric ENT. She specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of voice, swallowing and airway disorders.

A native of  Ventura County,  Dr. Reghunathan has dedicated her practice to treating common ailments in our local aging population in a minimally invasive fashion in the office. Her goal is to share this information with the community to let them know there are safe and  innovative treatments for these issues that often affect quality of life. She will be discussing advances in technology that can make every day living even more full for patients that have been suffering for years.

The Aging Spine: Part 3

On July 26, 2024, Dr. Justin Millard, a board-certified spine surgeon at Community Memorial Healthcare, presented the third in his series of “The Aging Spine" on our campus in Camarillo.

In his practice, Dr. Millard  focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery and motion preservation spine surgery. He also focuses on “Care is a Partnership,” and communication between doctor and patient.
